ABOUT THIS COMMITTEE

The Seven Warring Kingdoms of China (also known as The Warring States of China) fought for power in a high-octane battle following the collapse of the Zhou Dynasty roughly 2000 years ago. In this committee, delegates will race to fill the power vacuum in order to become the next dynastic ruler of China, just as Qin did in 225 BCE. Despite frequent wars, issues of regional unity, and significant advancements in military organization and technology, one dynasty will come out on top. It’s up to you…

The Dynamic Crisis format was invented last UNCMUNC to describe our committee in which delegates represented multiple positions simultaneously. This committee will push the bounds of a dynamic crisis even further to incorporate a committe currency, a system by which delegates can acquire new positions, pay for special actions during committee, and hold the wealth necessary to control the dynasty. We are excited to see how delegates will work to ultimately unify or destroy the region.
