Registration timeline

Early registration begins: April 23th
Regular registration begins: July 15th
Late registration begins: October 31th
Late registration closes: November 6th, 11.59 p.m. ET

Once you have registered for UNCMUNC XV, you will receive an invoice from Megan Lam, who serves as the Director of Delegate Affairs. Your invoice will contain information on how to submit payment for your fees.

Please note that your delegation deposit is non-refundable, meaning that once you register, you agree to pay this deposit. Delegate and advisor fees can be refunded in accordance with the delegation reduction policy, which is outlined below. Please be aware that delegation deposits will not be waived or returned.

If a delegation initially registered and completed their payment during the May sale period but elects to add more delegates after that period has elapsed, they will be allowed to pay the discounted registration price, regardless of when they choose to add the additional delegates.

All registration fees must be sent by November 6th at 11:59 p.m. ET

Financial Aid Program

Inspired by UNCMUNC’s commitment to accessibility, we are excited to announce the FIRST UNCMUNC XV financial aid program!

Delegates and individual delegates can apply through the form below.

Financial aid will be given in the form of reimbursements and can be requested for conference fees, travel costs, lodging costs, or other miscellaneous costs.

Applicants are encouraged to fill out the form as soon as possible, but applications will NOT be reviewed on a rolling basis. An application’s submission date does not affect its outcome so long as it is received before the deadline.

Applications are due on July 29th at 11:59 PM EST, the last day of early registration. Applicants will receive an update on the status of their application by September 15 at 11:59 PM EST.

Before applying, prospective applicants should read through the Terms and Conditions of the financial aid program.

Delegation Size Classification

Delegations are classified into two categories based on their size, namely small and large. A small delegation is composed of 1 to 11 Delegates, while a large delegation consists of 12 or more Delegates. To be eligible for delegation-weighted awards, delegations must bring at least 6 delegates.

Additionally, UNCMUNC XV welcomes independent solo delegates who will also be considered for individual awards.

In either case, any eligible fees will be refunded as follows:

Before June 1: No Fees

Before August 1: 75% Refund

Before September 15 : 50% Refund

Before October 30: 25% Refund

After October 30: NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
